Hampton Inn & Suites Tomball Houston NW

I was in town for a friend's wedding. The clerks at the front desk were Courteous, Helpful and Friendly. A good example I had small tear on my shirt so when I asked the clerk for a needle she found a small sewing package that helped me fix the tear at no charge. Once I got to my room the it was clean, neat and spacious. The bed was comfortable, a small fridge for drinks, television with lots of cable stations and a Great breakfast in the morning for the hotels guests. A hostess was their to show you how to make fresh waffles n to answer any questions. There were scrambled eggs, red potatoes, biscuits with Sausage Gravy (real sausage used), oatmeal, juice and much more. My last thing that impressed me was a shuttle service they offered the wedding party to the event at no additional cost. It allowed me to enjoy myself at the party without thinking I would have to drive back to the hotel in a town I had never been to before. I really enjoyed my stay that if I need to go back or someone needs a recommendation they will be my choice.

My Grandma’s funeral was nearby. We arrived late in the evening the night prior to the service, but we were informed our room that we had reserved with the king bed was not cleaned. We had no other choice but to settle for the one with two queens. Then we were informed that there were no key cards, so the front desk had to let us in our room. The next night, my husband & I are finally falling asleep after an emotionally draining day of grieving with family and the air conditioner in our room breaks. We were switched to another room because they had no maintenance man onsite. The girl at the front desk was extremely sweet & helpful though. I think the lady making breakfast has a magic power though. Her breakfast kinda made it all okay.
